The Luxe Vaccination Process
  1. Clinical Coordination: During your initial request, we verify your vaccination history and current requirements.
  1. Physician Deployment: A physician arrives at your location with the required immunizations, maintained at precise temperatures for maximum efficacy.
  1. Administration & Certification: Following a brief health screening, the vaccination is administered. We provide full physical certification for your medical records and travel passports.

Q: Do you offer same-day vaccination appointments?
A: Yes, subject to vaccine availability and provider scheduling. Contact us early in the day for same-day service.
Q: Do you provide the Yellow Fever International Certificate?
A: We provide the Yellow Fever vaccination and provide you with the vaccination certificate which must then be taken to the County Medical Officers of Health (CMOH).
Q: How far in advance should I get vaccinated before travel?
A: Ideally 4-6 weeks before departure to allow vaccines to develop immunity and complete multi-dose series. However, we accommodate last-minute travel needs.

Booking & Concierge Policy
To ensure each client receives our full clinical attention and customized medical supplies, we operate on a strictly scheduled appointment basis.
  1. Securing Your Bespoke Session
To confirm your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total service cost is required.
  • Payment Method: Deposits are made via Bank Transfer.
  • Confirmation: Your appointment is officially secured once the transfer receipt is shared with our team and funds are verified.
2. Settling Your Balance
For a seamless experience that allows our medical team to focus entirely on your wellness upon arrival, we offer two convenient ways to settle your remaining 50% balance:
  • Preferred: Pre-Arrival Bank Transfer. To ensure a "card-free" session, please submit your balance transfer no later than 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
  • Alternative: On-Site Linx. Our team carries mobile Linx machines for your convenience. Please notify us at the time of booking if you prefer this method so we can ensure a dedicated machine is assigned to your visit.
3. Additional On-Site Services
Should you or a client require additional services during your session, our team can facilitate these on-site via our mobile Linx machine.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
As a boutique home healthcare provider, we provide limited appointments per day to ensure clients receive the clinical attention they require.
  • 48-Hour Notice: We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
  • Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
