Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Our standard service hours accommodate early risers and working professionals, with morning, midday, and late afternoon appointment slots available.
Extended Hours Service
Early Morning & Evening Appointments Available
Need medical care outside standard hours? We offer extended service times at an additional cost with advance booking.
Extended Hours Include:
  • Before 7:00 AM - Ultra-early morning appointments
  • After 6:00 PM - Evening consultations until 8:00 PM
  • Weekend availability - Sunday appointments ONLY
Booking Extended Hours: Must be booked in advance (minimum 24-48 hours notice preferred). Subject to provider availability.

Q: How quickly can a doctor visit me?
A: For urgent concerns, we offer same-day appointments if you contact us before noon. Otherwise, next-day appointments are typically available.
Q: Do you see tourists and travelers?
A: Absolutely! We provide medical care to tourists at hotels, Airbnbs, and vacation rentals across Trinidad and Tobago.
Q: What if I need tests or prescriptions?
A: We can perform many diagnostic tests at your location (blood work, EKG, ultrasound). Prescriptions provided immediately and can coordinate pharmacy delivery.
Q: Can you see my whole family during one visit?
A: Yes! We can see multiple family members sequentially during one appointment for efficiency and convenience.
Q: Do you handle emergencies?
A: We handle urgent medical concerns but true life-threatening emergencies (chest pain, severe trauma, difficulty breathing) should go to the nearest emergency room. We can provide post-emergency follow-up care.
Q: Is travel insurance accepted?
A: We currently accept Genesis Insurance. More coming soon!
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We serve all of Trinidad including Port of Spain, Western, Eastern, Central, and Southern regions. Tobago service available with advance booking.
Q: Can I book recurring appointments?
A: Yes! We can schedule regular appointments for chronic disease management, ongoing treatments, or wellness check-ups.
Q: Do you offer weekend appointments?
A: Yes, weekend appointments available as extended hours service with advance booking and additional fee.
Q: What should I prepare before the visit?
A: Have your ID, insurance information, list of current medications, and any relevant medical records available. For blood work, fasting may be required—we'll advise when booking
